The local AI reviews bounded excerpts in the background. Context-aware text rules provide immediate screening. Changed text is reassessed. Medical, educational, legal, prevention and news material should not be blocked merely for discussing a subject. Identity, orientation, religion and lawful viewpoints are not reasons for a warning.
Screening is incomplete and can make mistakes. An unflagged result is not certified suitable for children. This site does not verify visitors' ages. Warnings are not parental controls. External sites can change after review.
Images, videos and other files are not visually certified by the text model. An explicit unscreened-file warning is required before opening them. This permission never overrides a policy block. No remote image preview or file download should start merely because a search result appears.
A small, self-hosted NSFWJS MobileNetV2 image model blocks supported JPEG/PNG images classified as explicit or strongly sexual. Temporary copies are discarded, pending server download copies are deleted, and the notice explains why. There is no reveal, preview or download for these images. Uncertain image assessments receive an additional warning. An explicit-image policy block does not assert illegality. Public reader images are checked by an isolated service on this VPS; private Gemini images are checked in your browser. No images are sent to an AI provider. Unsupported formats, animations, errors and timeouts remain unscreened. The image model cannot establish age, consent or legality, and it does not reliably detect every type of abuse or violence.
The private Gemini transport cannot inspect encrypted page paths or content. When a host has a blocked resource, its opaque transport is restricted; unblocked pages can still use the inspected text reader. Private inputs are not submitted to the AI.
To report a missed warning or request correction, send the page address and a short non-graphic explanation to hello@braigetori.org. Do not send images, videos, attachments or copies of suspected illegal material. Reports do not automatically block a page. The operator reviews corrections.
